Questions, answered.
- How many guests can you host?
- The Rock is 2,000 square feet and holds up to 75 guests. At ASA, book the patio on its own or the full house — bar and patio together. Tell us your headcount and we’ll match you to the room.
- What does a private event cost?
- Every event is scoped to its requirements — the space, the hours, the bar, and the food all flex to your budget. Rates don’t change by day or time, so a Tuesday evening books the same as a Saturday night.
- How far in advance should we book?
- About a week at minimum, and sooner is safer for popular dates. Working with less time? Ask anyway — we can often accommodate, depending on the event.
- How long can our event run?
- From a two-hour gathering to a full-day takeover — the block is yours to shape.
- Does the bar close for a private event?
- Only if you want the whole house. The Rock is its own room, steps from ASA, so events there run while the bar pours as usual. Book the full venue and it’s yours alone.
- What about drinks and food?
- Shaped to your event — bar service and menus are built around your budget and headcount, from cocktails and light bites to full catering. Tell us what you’re imagining.
- What comes with the space?
- Furniture, a sound system, screens, and microphones are included — plug in your own playlist or presentation.
- Parking and accessibility?
- On-site and street parking at both ASA and The Rock, and both spaces are wheelchair accessible.
- Can we decorate the space?
- Yes — just coordinate with your event host first so the room is ready when you arrive.
